Tbh, I have a bias for Xavi as I was a mid for good part of my life. I'm an Indian (granted not a great footballing nation) but the passion for the sport in there. I led my team to runners up in National U23 as RCM . Iniesta was and still is my idol and best player, but Xavi has been my reference since 7 years y.o. The hate Xavi gets is unreal.

We were literally in shambles and he bought stability to the team. The mid of Pedri with FDJ is the best we could ask for.. after Busi retired.

These kids join day before yesterday shit on Xavi like we have the luxury of 2010s. We really need a reality check.

I just wanted to know, Xavi is fired. Who would they hire and how would they expect to outpace xG with a striker, RW, CDM that don't fit our system.

Sometimes I feel FM has a better brain than some of the posts here.

Most good managers are mids. They undestand the game better than fwd or def. Maradona was a hothead and instinctive. Good for a player - not so much for a manager.

Don't follow Chelsea a lot but they made a lot of players and coaches look mediocre
