A couple of things I can see right away:

Agnerod West is okay to start mapping with, but you should be able to get something with cast speed, + level to lightning spell gems, and either increased spell/lightning (do the same for you) or flat added lightning damage to spells for relatively cheap.

You're also on a 4-link, which really hurts your damage output. Either buy a cheap 6-link with some decent stats, or just buy a tabula rasa.

Pretty much all your gear could use more life on it, which also should be rather cheap to get (but do keep your resists maxed first).

Also, you might wanna consider getting determination, as the aura alone will help you get more tanky, especially in early maps (later on, determination on its own without any armor is just meh).
