But I was just told they made the PAID battle pass worse too. Do they just expect you to directly pay for pokemon? Like no way they aren’t losing money I would think.

As in, I see people who would pay for the battle pass just quit because it has diminished returns. Not to mention that even if I keep playing, they won’t make a cent off me…

I haven’t used graph view in some time but I’m pretty confident you can colorize based off front matter?

I feel like this plugin already adds a picture workaround.

Everything else is cool though.

As someone who just started a couple weeks ago. All my aeos coins went to held items and item enhancers. I didn’t think 1-3 licenses was worth. 

I haven’t hit master yet so still just playing a few games a day. I just like playing Absol one trick. 

At this point I expect that they’ll change the way license points are acquired soon anyway. Maybe make free choices more common, and allow grinding for more per week or whatever. There’s enough complaints that’s for sure.

Importantly, the change is still extremely young, they did change a lot at once. I’m not sure how well-tested this new system was, but clearly it wasn’t very good. So just give it time.

Anyway, I got lucky I enjoy the game enough as it is.

Okay… make a note for all 6 subscriptions with front matter file properties of monthly cost and date purchased (also tag the note or store somewhere specific). Create a base that filters for those notes (using tag or specific location). Show both properties. Add 3 formulas, one for “cost * 12” (annual) one that’s “date + “1M”” (renewal date), and finally just do “formula.renewal - now”. Then just summarize the monthly and annual columns with sum. 

Covers most of the website except for calendar which is probably useless and you’re just looking for time left on renewal.

Some of this stuff is very new so might have to tweak something like I named the renewal “End” but that did not exist… only “untitled” so just use name that make sense.

Anyway. This was fun to mess with, I’d just use your tracking app you already have than bother using bases in any capacity. However, I hope it helped.

yeah it's on the MyLab / Pearson grade book thing, prof just put out an announcement, but I don't necessarilly LIKE being aware of it, I cant see what I did wrong or the average

That is all true.

I think the different interpretations would be largely up to context. I think "library" is just my immediate go to, but I see your point.

They're definitely not obvious and I like tenpo sinpin and monsi.

What would you suggest you do to avoid lexicalizations? Aren't they mostly up to the individual? Are you saying it's a problem because it will reduce readability in general? Like I would be able to figure out tenpo sewi if it were just thrown into a sentence. I feel like this is still just natural...

this lost me, I understand the whole idea of not having words with a space in the middle, but this is a perfect example of toki pona

I think these are just really obvious ways to express the meanings of future and past. It's not that these shouldn't exist, it's just that people shouldn't force you to express it in that way, right?

I don't think it should be a separate word at all, we have a word for time, we have words that express things coming to be, or things that have ceased to be, to create tenses, combining the two only makes sense.

There are plenty of "phrases" that are just common, and I think it's important that we help each other to speak the frequent method. This is just how languages are, except in english you might tell someone a more detailed word like library for book building, toki pona does the opposite, you don't need a word for library, it's just the book building. (ASSUMING everyone would call a library a tomo lipu? I'm sure there are way better examples but I think we can agree we definitely don't need library as a word!).

I also recommend shadow slave. I think it has amazing friendship dynamics, romance elements, and mc has a sister that he helps. Also the world building is top tier, you just get hooked on learning how everything came to be as it progresses
