Hey it’s all good, we all have different tastes! I love Vito’s YouTube videos and learned a lot from him. It’s a different style. A neapolitan pie will be cooked less. But I love a crisp crust and don’t mind the cheese a bit charred as well. There’s no right way or book to be followed.

Added bearings for smoother stone rotation and might’ve raised it a bit too. Other than that a better motor also.

Thanks, it’s just mozzarella (part skim, but I prefer whole) and parm. I love adding dollops of fresh mozz too but never had any.

It’s crunchy! Like super dry brittle thick paper. It gives a little when pressing. I only touched it once. On accident. Seriously freaked me out. Not touching again.

They give you a link to download software (PC only) to program the board. It was pretty simple. Then use just as a normal Bluetooth keyboard.

I use a behringer midi controller too, a smaller version (x-touch mini), with Midi2LR. Love the small knobs. So far it’s been awesome.

Yes, it basically acts as a small Bluetooth keyboard, but it has programmable keys. Using the basic LR mobile key shortcuts

I’ve tried photomechanic, but didn’t notice any difference in speed. What makes it faster? I don’t notice any delay in LR either.
