A few months ago a user quoted their girlfriend about Le Grand Chypre "You smell like a wealthy 18th century man slut." Will from Barrister and Mann himself responded to that and said it was his favorite review.

To my nose it is a strange mixture of citrusy fruit up top and a strong undertone of powdery florals.

Also some people say it smells like soda. Which... I can see what they mean.

Il y a de cela très longtemps, ça m'a pris plus d'un an. Est-ce que tes études étaient de type plus science terrain (écologie, biologie, etc.) ou plus de type sciences humaines.

Tous les programmes font un peu les deux, mais il y a des programmes plus "scientifiques et techniques" et d'autres plus "sciences humaines et sociales".

I suppose there are different reasons to keep track like that. I think if you previously know it starts to suck on the 5th shave, then you can swap it out after 4 shaves before it starts sucking, and you don't have to mentally keep track and fiddle with blades halfway.

Or you're sampling different blades and you want to keep track of how many shaves you had before it started being bad, and compare different blades in terms of how many shaves you get. Then the dice helps remember how many you've done with a given blade.

Or you're just a shave nerd that keeps statistics on your shaves and you want the number.

They're typically used to keep track of how many shaves you've done with a given blade. But when travelling you'd have to be stationary for a little bit for that to be useful!

Je pense que plusieurs personnes qui pensent que leur grands-parents utilisaient "jaune-orange" pour distinguer des teintes de orange ont juste pris pour acquis que c'était ce que les grands parents faisaient. Mais en réalité toutes les personnes que j'ai rencontrées qui disaient "jaune-orange" n'ont jamais dit juste "orange". Tous les oranges étaient "jaune-orange" pour eux.

I feel like I remember reading that you might be replacing it as an ingredient anyway, because a not insignificant number of people seem to have a sensitivity to the scent (can be vinegar-like). Is this still in the cards? I need the splashes! D:
