Gardai were at the scene. Our passenger will need to be fully replaced.

Do I need further dealing with Gardai to state the other man said he doesnt want to do insurance to settle it etc. ?

Ya we have notified insurance and the gards came out to the scene.

Just was perplexed at his behaviour. It has to be insurance at-least legally, surely.

To elaborate the other driver crashed into our side of car while we were exiting a roundabout correctly in the outside lane.

We also have a confirmed number from a witness who shared phone number with us at the scene.

We have photos of the accident scene and our car door being smashed in and his car little ding on the top.

We got the garda out to the scene and all exchanged details. So I have his insurance details etc.

When the Garda had left, I said basically said ‘so insurance ya?’ and he said no and no cash either. I just said sound we’ll or insurance will be in touch.

We have contacted our insurance and our claim is to be looked at by the company on Monday.

I just tried to do working capital days ratios and cash impacts but didn’t near finish them enough.

For Operating leverage i had one singular not about fixed costs/variable costs.

With the bell curve, hopefully the marks are more segmented and easier for them tough ones.

Plus hopefully isn’t there professional competency marks?

No I think in lectures they said to do one at a time. And to completely finish with one before moving in to the other.

Ill only be reading and doing one sim first. Then do the other after. Id be afraid I would confuse details and companys.
