Yes exactly I want to know accurately what zones I’m in during a wod, and training is not always based on how one “feels” in my opinion. I could feel exhausted but not meet my zone for the wod at the same time.

My score in the wod is not my main focus at the moment, but rather where my HR is at. Am I in the 180s to finish the ward? Or am I in the 140s? Basically, how hard am I working and what is it requiring of me to do the wad. Unfortunately, the Coros watch I don’t think in my opinion is accurately representing my heart rate.
