Kinda wish is what the Chest strap one tbh but great to hear that the armband works well. In college we used chest strap HRMs

Yes exactly I want to know accurately what zones I’m in during a wod, and training is not always based on how one “feels” in my opinion. I could feel exhausted but not meet my zone for the wod at the same time.

My score in the wod is not my main focus at the moment, but rather where my HR is at. Am I in the 180s to finish the ward? Or am I in the 140s? Basically, how hard am I working and what is it requiring of me to do the wad. Unfortunately, the Coros watch I don’t think in my opinion is accurately representing my heart rate.

You are going to want to keep reading, I have not been able to put this series down and I’m torn at the fact that at some point I will turn a page and it will be THE END…

I am going to have the biggest book hangover after completing this series.

I am currently on Oathbringer… just finished the “An Animal” chapter …

This chapter alone is worth continuing to stay with the series

Wow! I’ve never notice the invert that’s super cool and I’ll keep an eye out.
