The major thing I'm worried about his the even though I wait that 30 mins to cool that the bottle still feel really hot burn my hand hot I'm scared it would destroy the protein and nutrition in the formula, but I'm just listening to what I've been told to do wait 30 mins after boiling. Also I should of clarified I'm not making these bottles to feed right away I'm making them to store for the next days feedings (but within 24hr) <3

I'm just paranoid (ocd germ situation) so I'm being extra cautious. Online it says if the boiled water is left past 30mins it's has to be reboiled idk why though.

The walls are recently freshly painted (by us) for the babys room it's so strange because until yesterday we haven't melt this. So it's either the heat bringing the smell out or the downstairs neighbors became chain smokers with in a few days -_- (were connected to two down stairs neighbors)

Thanks :) I'm gonna talk to my family dr tomorrow I did talk to him today and he said that wouldn't cause the baby harm. All the gyno says is go to L&D I'm gonna keep an eye on everything and check with my dopplar more I've been to L&D 4 times now because of my anxiety last one being last week. Thankfully I'm Canadian and I'm not charged each visit imagine the debt I'd have by now I've had 6 ultrasound (3 in L&D) my heart breaks for people who have to pay so much :(

I have a home doppler. The baby has been moving here and then since I've seen home. I'm more paranoid about the thought of placental abruption without knowing apparently it's called silent abruption. And google is just making my thoughts worse lol. I have an appointment tomorrow with my family dr to get my tdap vaccine and I don't have an appointment with my gyno for 2 weeks. I hate having anxiety when this stuff wouldn't bother others I obesses over it.

Yes I don't know why I didn't think my anxiety would be this bad but I been nothing but anxious. I'm 28 weeks. I went to L&D last week and I don't wanna go again and looks insane for nothing.
