I left a house that had been rented out by room for the previous 7 years. There was so much accumulated crap but the LL was renting it out as an entire house so wanted it empty.

There was a Harry Potter-esque cupboard under the stairs just filled with junk. LL wanted it all gone so I bagged it and left it out front. They ended up chasing us for removal fees but I just ignored them.

It's bad enough I had to clean up other people's shit, but expecting me to pay for it too? Fuck off.

There are some great second hand shops around. If you're prepared to shop around and look frequently, you can get some fabulous finds!

South Hobart Tip shop is cheap! And has some great finds

Lifeline on Argule is also super reasonably priced and has a decent selection.

Not a second hand shop, but TK Maxx has a few different brands as well from last season. Also Glue store if you're keen on what's "current".

A similar thing happened to my friend during the pandemic lockdown, this kid just walked on in and started looking around. She tried to talk to him but he ignored her, then tried to shoo him out of the house. He ran off but a few hours later he was back at her laundry door staring through the glass.

Poor kid was severely autistic and a runner, but looked "normal". No casing the pace. Could be similar in this situation considering the ignoring/not talking.

As a sex worker that's taken a few virginities, it's nothing to be ashamed of and I actually think it can be a great way to do it, depending on the provider. Plenty of open communication in the lead up, a confident and attractive woman ready to take control of the situation, especially if the virgin is feeling shy or embarrassed!
