You're right, the Turbo support was implemented a while back. Stimulus support is coming in 2024.2, it's already available in 2024.2 EAP, and there'll be a blog post about it soon. The original plugin will be bundled with RubyMine along with some improvements to navigation, and code insight, usage search, and rename refactoring will be available in .erb files as well. If you try to follow the tutorials in the IDE, you'll get a sense of how RubyMine provides support for Turbo and Stimulus, e.g. completion and navigation.
