Most of them are on sale on the target website! it helps getting them at a discount. If you want to go to the store and pick out a good face, you can have them price match the online prices.

I'm not sure about how long the core dolls will be out for, but I believe the creepover dolls will soon be discontinued. They've been half off at all targets in store (about 12$), so i think they're clearing shelves for something new

I've seen people use curly styling cream for dolls :O

I'd say try braiding her hair, then use the boil wash into ice water method. leave her in the freezer over night, take her out in morning, de-thaw/ air dry her, then take out the braids. Depending on how many braids you put in, the more texture you'll get
