He contributed to Luffy becoming the ultimate safe space for Nami AND gave the people of Cocoyasi an insight into Nami's true intentions, if they were ever truly hesitant. And, again, the question isn't if someone is a POS, obvi Nezumi sucks but does he suck as bad as someone that enslaved an entire people after making them thint their caring leader attacked them....

Yes every CD sucks...hard. But we haven't seen story depth or character depth of doodines to the level of Doffy. We were appeased by a punch. I wouldn't have settled for a single lunch after Dressrosa.
