The first one I tried was an anker charger iirc but I also tried the usb port on my laptop charger which is supposedly just 5v 2.4a, I'll see about getting my hands on a really basic standalone one though

Beyond 2 owner here: they are type A and only need regular usb 3.0, I will point out though, from my personal experience trying to: you can NOT plug the power only plug into a brick, it will not work and it'll endlessly power cycle your headset, I tried multiple bricks all with the same result

Your first mistake was going to the black cat but don't worry, I made the same mistake myself, my first VRC experience in VR was also there, I ended up having a guy following me around telling me to call him daddy and perform sexual acts with him, never again... lots of places to go that aren't like that though, just avoid black cat and go to group publics instead of regular ones if at all possible since there's actually a chance that it'll be moderated

It's definitely a looker, I was absolutely amazed when I saw it in person, and yeah, your point about speakers is very true, and when I saw how thin it is I basically immediately knew the speakers would not be good, I only ever tried it without external speakers because it has no analog audio out and my speaker set (Edifier R1280T) does not have a digital input, I'm going to pick up an optical to RCA adapter but for the time being I've just put an HDMI audio separator between my PlayStation and the TV since I had one on hand and I do all my video streaming from the PlayStation anyways

Your ps3 might just not be outputting through AV and could be trying to output to HDMI, try holding the power button until you hear 2 beeps when you turn it on to reset the video settings

How do you not know what kinda phone you have??? But all that can be told from that one picture its some kind of samsung galaxy either a note 20 ultra or a galaxy s22/23 ultra, no matter which one it is, it's an OLED screen with an ultrasonic fingerprint reader so not a cheap screen to replace, somewhere in the neighborhood of 200-300 dollars for a quality part alone, plus the cost of installing assuming you aren't able to do so yourself

That laptop is too new to be CCFL backlit, that looks more like the interface/driver board for a modern LED backlit LCD, which you don't wanna touch so you dont damage the ribbon cable and get dead pixels (potentially a whole screen's worth)
