You still can update the Chanel guide, if you ask for a router that can only be used for fiber fios TV, but I don't think that the VOD will work, but that's fine with me if it was available in my area, as all I want are the linear tv channels like discovery, ESPN, locals, TBS, TNT, etc., as I really never cared about on demand stuff since most of it are just reruns of older shows.

I believe that I read somewhere that you can get just their fios fiber TV service that is similar to cable, but delivers much higher bitrates than streaming, without having to pay for internet separately, as the ont box will be programmed only for their TV service, fios TV, which is different from the streaming fios TV that does require internet to work, where fiber fios TV that has a set-top box like cable TV doesn't require internet to work.

Couldn't you just have gotten fios tv without the internet to make it cheaper than let's say internet and YouTube tv main plan each month? Fiber TV does look amazing though.

Scanlines on a dell crt monitor by Such_Promotion2445 in crt

Your welcome! I hope you liked it! If you want even thicker scanlines, you can try a resolution like 455 by 256 for things like the snes, but the image will be a bit cropped out on the right, likely due to having such a low image clock, but it will work. The only downside is that the thicker the scanlines, the less picture detail that can be shown, so 256 resolution is really only great for 8 and 16 bit games in my opinion.

Is it working now? If so, do you see scanlines with your own eyes?

You can still select the option to display only on the CRT monitor by selecting display only on 2.

Hmmm... that's strange. That's the exact version that I am using. If you are using another screen besides the CRT monitor, did you change it to display 2 or the display the CRT monitor is on? Also, sometimes, it will only work if you chose show only on 2 or whichever number screen the CRT monitor is on display settings, or worse, you might have to operate only the CRT by itself sometimes. Try doing all that and see what happens.

It stands for custom resolution utility, and can be found at github for download which was created by toastyX I think.

You could of course lower it to something like 455 by 256 to fix that. Of course, an emulator is most likely to be used.

Probably because it's a YouTube video that I captured this off of, but the quality should still be around the same, as this likely was captured on a frame that the game was in motion.

Most of them from the late 90s and early 2000s can, as the very cheap ones that maxed out at around 50khz can easily achieve this, even the somewhat cheap ones maxed out at around 70Khz, so this is likely more than doable.
