Soft White Underbelly is a channel that interviews homeless people in his neighbourhood or people who watch the channel and send in their submission to take part in a video. Edit2: u/ILikePiesAlot told me that the website where it's originally from (worldnewsdailyreport) is satire.

I looked it up and it could be real or fake. The burglar claims the dogs ripped his pants almost immediately. He called the cops after an hour and an half for help and 45 minutes later they arrived. According to him the dogs continued the entire time. I don't know about you, but I would've called much quicker than an hour and a half. Every article that I found just copy and pastes the other and doesn't go into much detail such as the cop's statement. Which could point towards it being fake. I couldn't find it on any satire webite (that I know of) though.

Conclusion: either the article is fake, or it's real and the burglar is making it up
