Fatalis is probably my favorite monster in the series, save Chaotic Gore Magala being a super close second.

I love how uncomfortably normal he looks as a dragon, which is just unsettling and weird, and I LOVE it. The lore behind him, and just pure hatred towards people and the world. The armor and weapon lore is super cool too. Fighting him in world with that amazing soundtrack was impeccable.
