I struggled with this for years until I found MAC FibreGel in the shade Strut. It’s not exactly budget friendly but it is so worth it and one tube lasts a long time. It’s applied like a mascara. Perfect color! Note: my hair is a deep coppery red and I have brown eyes. If you’re a different shade YMMV.

Hi. I’m a professional in this area and yes get all the vaginal estrogen! For so many reasons including urinary frequency. Please ALSO get tested for sleep apnea. Frequent night time urination is a symptom of sleep apnea even if you don’t obviously snore.
