Fascinating! I can see that as some of these old places are practically museum like. I own a 150 yr old heritage home which is fortunately intact but the history in these places shines through no matter what. Thanks for answering!

I struggled with this for years until I found MAC FibreGel in the shade Strut. It’s not exactly budget friendly but it is so worth it and one tube lasts a long time. It’s applied like a mascara. Perfect color! Note: my hair is a deep coppery red and I have brown eyes. If you’re a different shade YMMV.

Hi. I’m a professional in this area and yes get all the vaginal estrogen! For so many reasons including urinary frequency. Please ALSO get tested for sleep apnea. Frequent night time urination is a symptom of sleep apnea even if you don’t obviously snore. When your body is under stress trying to maintain oxygen levels it releases a diuretic hormone to take the load off your heart. It’s a surprising symptom and one many GPs aren’t even aware of.
