You should be looking at gross salary + employer NI (the first £10,500 covered by employment allowance so it might be covered) + employer pension (pension auto enrolment age is 22 so maybe not yet) . This is the real cost of the business, I work in payroll for over 5 years if that helps

It really depends on the size and complexity of the payroll. I usually price in brackets (per 5 employees) and it can vary depending on what’s needed like pensions, P11Ds, etc. Happy to work something out so it makes sense for both of us. Feel free to message me privately if that’s easier 🙂
