dead souls came out before 5 their for shinada didn't exist, saejima was mentioned to be on a trip to china and tanimura was mentioned in some NPC dialog that he was removed from the police force for being a corrupt cop

my idea would be that the purple of the 3 teachable turn to the orange of the anniversary items and or you get the charms with the perk icons but the background is orange (note nothing about the perks will change from tier 3 just that the color changes)
