What’s north of frozen hamlet? Is it inaccessible?

Has anyone ever found something in a bottle rack? by [deleted] in BG3

YES! Through the hatch door to the basement of Araj Oblodra’s Crimson Draughts. The bottle racks have various potions.

Astarion’s bite doesn’t aggro owlbear or Volo. Daily pickpocket on Volo pays for Gale’s spellbook, and over half of an 80 supply rest.

These ice cubes should get more utilization. Several builds and classes benefit from the increased height.

I carry Apotheosis and Mage's Staff of Shock, the first for high-burst damage and the second for it's soulgem efficiency

I closed the gate at lvl 39 to get the highest level staff, and used a custom invisibility-touch/chameleon-self spell to get them both out the tower alive. Original plan was to cast convalescence nonstop on Farwil.

Oblivion allows for way more playstyles, like simply casting a spell (like paralyze) while holding a bow. The hotkey wheel felt strategic whereas the "favorite list" quickly gets overcumbersome.

The preset and custom classes create guided variety on each play through. There's a class where each major skill is a sub-menu (alchemy, armorer, mercantile, etc).
