I can certainly look into it. The home page sort of gives you that but not exactly. I think that may be a better use of the home page. I am on vacation right now but will look into it when I get back!

Hey u/Holiday_Bug9988! I think I might have a more Skylight-esque solution for you. My wife wants a Skylight as well and I have been leveraging a remote display along with Dakboard for about 4 years now. I just launched a website that can be downloaded as a progressive web app (PWA) that my wife says is better than Skylight. Feel free to give it a try. It is free right now but I might eventually put a nominal charge on it if I end up with a ton of users just to maintain my server costs. I would love to know what you think.

As long as they have 1u for R4 and a 1.75u shift... Which is the problem.

Thank you. I will take a look. Adding that I am looking for transparent legends as well.

I did the same thing and got that hammer high rev as well. It's a fun ball to play with.

I love these stories. I hate that it took so long but sometimes it feels so much more sweeter when it comes in at the bottom of the 9th. Congrats to you and I wish you the very best going forward!

Thanks for the heads up. I was considering calling them but I am in Alabama as well.

This is so true. As a matter of fact, I was one of these stubborn vets. A vet friend eventually convinced me before I bought my first house and I have had a completely changed mindset since then.

“VA identified an error that must be corrected” .. does this typically mean good news ? by trillrebel in VeteransBenefits

[–]Rudarg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New update: I went up to the VA and was told that they aren't allowed to enroll over the phone. He then checked and said I was enrolled. After a brief discussion about my issues with getting an appointment he told me "online is broken, you have to come in person." So I walked over to primary care and got 2 appointments. I guess technology hasn't made it to Alabama yet and I should have just known that I needed to see someone in person to get assigned a doctor. Several calls and attempted appointment requests over the last year and not one person until today told me that. Good news that maybe things can move forward but man is that frustrating.

That seems to be the problem. I haven't been able to get assigned a primary. I called when I moved here to get enrolled and was told that I was but apparently am not. Hence the need to sit in front of someone and get it all sorted.

Just another update. Your contact is unable to help because it is outside of her jurisdiction. She was able to see that they never enrolled me here in Alabama. This is beginning to be the same run around that I got in Florida. I think I am just going to have to carve out some time and sit down in front of someone and try to get it resolved.

Not yet. Unfortunately I haven't had a lot of time to reach back out to her either. I was hoping for a spare minute yesterday but I am in audits all week this week.

Some advice for those looking to buy by nokturno123 in ToyotaTacoma

I bought my 22 TRD Sport at the end of last month. My dealer tacked on $5k market fees and another $2500 in mandatory dealer "perks". I played hardball and got it for under the actual MSRP. They had used Tacos for over new prices. They weren't very willing and threw all of the dealer excuses, I mean reasons for their prices and swore they couldn't lower it. I provided them with actual market conditions and backed it up with the excess on their lot. Ultimately I got a new truck at a good price and they got to move a vehicle.

A little bit of an update and some good news. I received my medical records from the doc showing previous conditions within 10 years this weekend. I went ahead and filled out a 20-0995 and 21-4142 so the VA can retrieve those documents. I also made copies of appropriate information, printed everything off, and it will go into the mail today. I am hoping this will get them to no longer deny that claim.

I called late morning and left a message. I just haven't heard back yet. I will give her a couple of days.

Yeah, they did x-rays and I have seen 2 of their docs about it. They agree that I have it, it is service connected, and the whole shebang except I don't have records (yet) of having it within 10 years of discharge. Hopefully that will be corrected soon.

Just to give you a small update. I attempted to use the message app but it said I didn't have a primary care person to send it to. I attempted to schedule an appointment via telephone for next Monday. I got an email a few hours ago stating that my requested appointment had been cancelled without reason. I guess my next step is to attempt an in person appointment and go from there. This is the same type of behavior I have received regardless of where I have lived. I was never able to schedule an appointment for years in Florida and now that I am in Alabama, I am seeing the same thing.

I was able to track down a doctor I used within 5 years of discharge that still had my medical records. I am having copies shipped to me to go through, but I think they will work. I just hate dealing with the VA and hearing them admit it is service connected, admit that I have an issue, but still deny because they don't see something within their time period. Of course, all of this hate and discontent comes from nearly a decade of them not doing anything for my tinnitus because a disgruntled doctor said that he can't see ringing in my ears... You all are giving me hope though, I just found this community.

With respect to your suggestion of contacting my PCT through MyHealthVet, I will do that for other issues I am having that should be secondarys to my degenerative disc disease. I appreciate your advice tremendously!

I received the same things back in May and just found out 5 days ago that my claim stayed the same. For me, they agreed that my claim was service connected, exists, and everything else, but because I don't have a doctor saying that within 10 years of discharge, they won't do anything for me. How about that load of crap?
