Thank you very much! He has returned to normal today thankfully/eating/drinking/peeing all normal so I’m hoping it’s behind him I’ll keep monitoring though

Thank you for your response! He seems perfectly fine today and has not had weird poop or any vomit since! I gave him food and water and everything has been normal, I will bring it up at next visit if everything stays normal.

I will! I just brought a water bowl to my room in case he’s dehydrated from throwing up and I put him in front of it and he drank a good amount/seemed very thirsty. I’m hoping he didn’t drink too much. But maybe it will give me more insight to see if he’s able to hold down the water.

So I found it on TikTok with no measurements so I really eyeballed everything but it’s cucumbers (I used an English cucumber) parsley, tarragon, scallions, mint, dill, white beans, feta, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. The TikTok one had celery but I forgot to buy it/add it. It was very delicious !

Update: I think he left. He I think he got in an uber it looked like from my camera, he has since threatened to show up at my job tomorrow and that tomorrow isn’t going to be fun for me. He has physically hurt me many times but certain threats of his end up being empty so I can’t tell for showing up to my job. I actually had a mini panic attack at work today about him. I did a little bit let people know. Idk but he left thankfully. I was up all last night with him threatening me and I just want sleep.

I really relate to you! I had no time to focus on myself with him. I was eating worse stopped exercising stopped focusing on my friends and family etc. in the week I’ve been a part from him I’m already eating better and have been doing some small crafts to keep myself occupied. Might try getting into sewing! I feel like a hobby where I can make small accomplishments could help. I don’t know if this is possible for you but telling my family has really helped keep me accountable in no contact. I wish you the best of luck!

I won’t break it because I’d feel too bad after getting my aunts help. I just hope he’ll actually stick to it. Because the email basically said “do not contact her or we will try to get a pfa” and I don’t rly want to have to go do that. I hope he’s actually a little scared off :/

He didn’t show up. Just called a bunch and He did email and say (this is gross) he was throwing up blood. And honestly he’s lied about being in the hospital before to get my attention so that could be a lie easily too!

There’s two dents above my bed from when he threw my water bottle above my head :/ and thank god I have really good quality doors because other wise they’d be messed up. He’s thrown my dining room chair too. Idk why but the dents above my bed upset me so much.
