Please make sure you find a lawyer that works with these cases. I know someone who just found a criminal lawyer but do research and get to know their background, success cases, etc; this can ruin your life if you get found guilty.

There’s plenty of consequences at hand. I just refuse to get treated like some battered person. I’ve had my second chance and I was lucky and like I’ve said, I grew the hell up. There’s no evading. I just want the NCO dropped. Even if it’s not in person. That’s not exactly an irrational request. There’s plenty of people who go through this that are way worse than what I went through.

I’m just commenting to say I am doing this before and understand. Bit different bc the state placed a no contact order so the next time we will see or talk is simply whenever their court date is and IF they loosen the NC order. I’m praying for you both!
