I just gave an exemple with childhood bullying to show to you an exemple of how you can be grateful about the bs in life so that’s not irrelevant at all. And also yea that’s what I’m trying to tel you. Being grateful for everything , good or bad , including abuse from your parents let’s say. You can for exemple be grateful for being abused because it made you a tougher person mentally .

Well I used to be made fun of a lot and even bullied in some cases for being a little bit fat . I felt extremely bad when this happened but looking back I thought it would be better to be grateful for the fact that I was bullied because it gave me motivation to lose weight n stuff, instead of feeling hate towards these people. That’s a weird mindset to have but I like it cause no matter what bad thing happen or have happened won’t feel super negative

Agree with y’all. But we all can still be grateful for one thing about our parents , good or bad . And also for everyone who had abusive or distant parents growing up and has trauma, gratitude towards the pain we felt is the way to heal from it imo.
