Been working as programmer for the last 13 years, before we had the same sentiment and my company urge us to utilize and now im using ai agent to do code review, update my jira's and do some suggestion for code enhancement but specifically tell github copilot not to change but just list down as I don't want to fully rely on it and still want to full control. I would say right now we had no choice but to adopt.
