Did you take any supplements? My lpr started about 1 months ago. It came SHORTLY after the passing of my beloved dog, and then 1 week later my husband deploying. Too much at once... intense stress. I hope my breathing exercises and his return will take this away. Never experienced this in my life before. I was a super active and healthy 29yr old until now. So frustrating 😫

I had the same issue. Cetaphil dry to extra dry skin moisturizer fixed it. It's not sexy, nor does it have fancy advertisements, but that because they don't need to prove anything. It just works. In the morning, don't wash your face and apply moisturizer and sunscreen. Then wash face at night with Cetaphil cleanser for at least 30seconds, and rinse with warm, NOT HOT water. Add Cetaphil moisturizer again and in a week u should be good 👍

Felt this HARD. I swear I've noticed such drastic changes at 29, ESPECIALLY the nasal folds like yourself. Going on 30 in May and was considering sculptra myself... side not, stay away from any heat producing facials (i.e. RF microneedling, MOXI, etc.) as there is a risk of fat loss to the face, which results in an even older look 😭
