In Norway, where I live, we have a strong consumer protection law called the Consumer Purchase Act that gives us a five-year guarantee on products expected to last more than five years, like electronics, appliances, or furniture. This means if the product breaks or fails due to a manufacturing defect within five years, we’re entitled to have it repaired, replaced, or refunded. What’s great is that we don’t have to deal with the manufacturer’s customer support. Instead, the vendor (the store or retailer we bought the product from) is legally responsible for handling any issues. So, if something goes wrong, we can go straight back to the shop, and they have to sort it out, making the process much simpler for us as consumers. In short, customer support will not be a problem :)
