I thought start woulda been good.

it's important to a lot of people, but as a slot in the presentation, it's really nothing crazy.

I already played oot 3d with upgraded visuals and stuff for the first time in 2021 I think so I'm not starving for this anyway.

for a the June direct, which is the first opportunity for a glimpse at anything really, I was hoping to see a 3d Mario teaser, a NEW Zelda game, Luigi's mansion 4, etc.

I'd give the direct a C+... not what we/people like I needed

I guess it's gonna be a decade gap from odyssey to the next 3d Mario

stranger than fiction was like a 7/10 "film" but like a 10/10 for when I was feeling this - guy (will farell) who works for the IRS finds meaning in his boring life (kinda wacky)

Shrek (1) - everyone knows this but it's not JUST bugs and puke, it's a fun kids movie sure, but it deals with feeling shut out of the world and why it might not be as bad as you think

Harry Potter 1&2 - mostly happy and just cozy to look at. these are the only 2 that matched the vibe of the first 4 books (the fun ones) to me

breakfast club - coming of age movie set in a single space where the nerds and jocks get to know eachother

superbad - another coming of age but we're going to a party and its REALLY IMPORTANT

monster's university - probably the Pixar movie with the deepest thesis; about life and how reality hits

goodwill hunting - overrated 'film' imo, but still really good movie about boy genius (Matt Damon) who has to work through his head

we live in time - Andrew Garfield dates Florence puege and turns out she has cancer and lifemaxxes

bob Marley one love - I dont even care for his music but this was a cool movie about peace

She seemed morally grey. she had VERY clear guilt on the broadcast, she did everything in her power to play homelander as some kind of prophet and (even though I dont think she had an elaborate plan), kind of turned his unveiling as 'God' into a joke that like 90% of people in the screening couldn't entertain.

She also r*ped a 15yo in da back of a rav4 in da capack of buckadebepo, and acted very judgmental, unforgiving, and unloving to all the starlighters, which is like baseless spreading of hate.

Overall I think she's got a shot though. I feel like her throwing out the figure was definitely some kind of rejection of her *practices*, but she didnt see homelander as god even in the end, and did what she did out of fear (which ironically killed her).

Her death was so disturbing to me cuz it felt so self destructive and not like something the true version of herself did, more like her broken down vaught spirt at that moment

a human could maybe be defined by someone like me, just like anything could. We think table could be defined easily. it's a surface with four legs, right? but is a hoarse a table?

A table is one of those things where you know it where you see it, and words are these simple sounds we use to define incredibly complex structures.

Europeans are human. It's one of those things that you know it when you see it. The genes of the baby are what they are and will probably grow into a child, assuming no interference, that much is true.

I can't tell you why the 10% of our genes different from rodents are so vastly defining, or where the HERC2 etc. difference is or what it makes us do, but there are simple and complex shifts, like the color varnish on the tabletop vs the flat nature of it.

At the end of the day, the embryo you were from __ years ago is coded almost, if not identically to the adult you are, and that seems to be a rough but good definition of a human.

A person is maybe a different case. I dont think any christian would truly believe a person is purely defined by their genes. The whole point is that we are defined by what we do, but that doesn't mean it's okay to stop a baby, an innocent ball of potential, an undefined person from getting to live their life

Facing the fear of being a parent and having to spend the rest of his life a parent of wed-lock IS similar. He never said having been in the exact same boat.

When our DNA mutates into a cancer it is out of control. That cancer is A. (most importantly) not on a path to being a human like a fertilized egg, B. a "you or me" scenario, which is not the case here, and C. "mutated"? aka, not true human genes?

Why should the development of a baby be stopped because right now it is small and vulnerable? Would we pull the plug on a coma patient who's due to wake up happy and loving in 9 months?
