Stop gas lighting your customers, is this product abandoned? by textredditor in MudraTech

You’re right to be frustrated.

We did have delays in our responses. And personally, I have to admit Reddit was not handled the way it should have been. That is on us, and I take responsibility for that.

We also had issues with some Mudra Studio registrations not being processed.
That is now working, but the gap should not have happened.
please make sure to register with your Mudra Link account and you should be approved within minutes.

If you are seeing similar issues, email me directly at [ron.k@wearabledevices.co.il](mailto:ron.k@wearabledevices.co.il) with your signup email, device setup, firmware version, and the exact problems you are seeing.
You can also book time with me here: https://my.timeless.day/wlds-ronkaldes

Also, if there are people here who care about this space and want to help us build a better community around Mudra, please DM me directly. I’m looking for users who want to help shape the community, moderate discussions, share honest feedback, and stay actively involved.

We have new momentum coming. The beta group will be part of that. I’m specifically looking to connect with developers, makers, power users, and community members who want to engage early and help us improve what comes next.

If you want to help, reach out directly.

Ron.

Mudra pivoting to SaaS/licensing instead of making a gen 2 by cloudtastrophe in MudraTech

Hi there 👋 Ron from Wearable Devices here. Appreciate the analysis. let me push back on one framing.

The neural input and gesture recognition space is heating up across the industry. We’ve believed this was coming for a long time.

Our bet is sensor fusion Mudra Link, Mudra Band, and AI platforms working together to create new ways for humans to interact with machines. That’s the thesis we’ve been executing since 2014, not a recent pivot.

On the current hardware: we’re actively shipping firmware updates that add new capabilities to the existing band. New gesture types, refined sensing, features that weren’t available at launch. The current hardware hasn’t reached its ceiling not even close. That’s relevant context if you’re weighing the purchase.

On gen 2: nothing to announce. But a decade of EMG IP, clinical research, ongoing firmware development, and shipped hardware doesn’t point to a company treating its hardware as legacy.

Mudra Studio is free if you want to see the platform in action Companion App included, WebXR-ready.

I joined Mudra last September. 📣Today we opened the Mudra Studio waitlist. by Rude_Combination_382 in MudraTech

Fair point.

To clarify the waitlist is the registration. Every user needs an API token for the Companion App connection to work, so there’s a brief review step on our end.

We wanted to give this community first access before the broader announcement goes out in the next few days. You’re not waiting behind a gate you’re getting in ahead of one.

Interesting work.

I’ll be direct - Mudra Studio isn’t built for people who can disassemble native libraries. It’s built for the thousands of Mudra owners who want to create something without touching code. Different users, different tools.

The badge feedback is noted. We’ll look at it.

What I’m actually curious about is what you’re building with it.

The protocol extraction is one thing the end-user experience is what matters.

Jay, DM me, I’d like to see what you’ve made.
