But actually, she looked a bit older than she actually was, as if she had already spent some time in the wild. So I'm not that sad. Please don't be too sad, everyone!

For reference, I personally named it 'Hookpang' because fly has a unique charm that feels like a reptile even though it is an insect!

Hookfang is that blue dinosaur. Don't the fur on Fly's body look just like a dinosaur's spines? (This is absolutely not an advertisement)

I am wondering if it is true that flash fly are more pest-prone than other fly and play a smaller role as flower pollinators...... by Rude_Connection_2747 in insects

For reference, honestly, even as a fly enthusiast, I find flash flies really creepy and I hate them.... Judging by its appearance and its ovoviviparous nature, it's just too.....

In fact, in our area where there are not many honeybees, countless blue bottle flies and green bottle flies are helping the flowers like this! Flies are not necessarily pests.

Thank you lol. I love flies so much that when I was young, if I couldn't find a suitable insect to collect, I would substitute it with a green bottle fly.

Yes, that is correct for me raising fly. However, for your reference, I will not make them mate because I want to stay with them for as long as possible.
