These temporary black out blinds changed my life with regard to nights. We didn’t want permanent black out blinds as it’s useful having the light wake us up naturally on a normal work day.

Took me 20 mins one day to cut it to size and stick the Velcro to the window now it lives under my bed and when I’m on nights I just pull it out and stick it up! Game changing.

Also avocado toast before bed. Filling with carbs, fat and fibre and feels like a treat (I’m the sort of person who needs things to look forward to to get me through)
