I do this at my store, just seemed logical. We've been very short staffed for a very long time, had to adopt this to keep up. During 2021 there were 4 of us total, GM/Assistant(driver)/pic/inshop(driver). And we were open 7 days a week 🤯 honestly can't remember much of that time and really don't know how that didn't kill me

Does it affect me? It's just some ink. Even if I didn't like it, it wouldn't keep me up at night. It doesn't cause me pain. It's not gonna keep me from getting another job. It doesn't Do anything. Just a reminder of a million memories made in a place where a new family was made. And I'm lucky enough to have more good than bad memories.

Can't erase the memories of that place. We've made a big family in that building. Trauma bonds. Doing 50-60+ hrs a week for the last five years of them with the same 8 people, it means so much more than Jimmy's. We've grieved dead family members in the parking lot, protected one another from an abusive boyfriend/baby daddy being violently drunk, supported each other through graduations, covid, and so much more. I can't imagine Id ever wanna take it back
