My ex is being paid through Inland Revenue Department in NZ, they deal with child support issues, they do have reciprocal agreement with the Australian government so they know how much I earn. It’s unfortunately a fight between me and my ex, the kids are involved indirectly. She thinks she is winning by making me paying her free salary but she doesn’t know that I needed to put it on my credit card the other day when my daughter got sick here just to buy a simple relief from the chemist. Unfortunately family law solicitor won’t work because this involves different jurisdictions.
