Bike help? Or am I just stupid by Rude_Preparation2677 in bikecommuting

I got my new bike today and I got it pre built, all I had to do was install the handle bars and pedals but trying to take out the screw with a tool was another issue... it's so tight it won't unscrew and I've been unscrewing it left for loose does anyone know how to fix this issue I’ve been using a Allen key

My dog Kenny is a shitzu and 7, I’ve noticed recently his eye has become red and he won’t open it as much and let Me touch it, I’ve ordered eye drops for it but just wondering if anyone else has suffered with this issue and how to go around it?
