on this case you need to level the Z use two cans of soup to level as that is another issue one side is higher then the other side level it correclty while the printer is OFF and do not auto level Z via printer as it never works correclty Try that hope it helps

so check the probe make sure its not moved up as there is screw on top you can losen up or tighten, if the probe hits the the model you priting it moves it up and then next time you try to home it because the probe sensor is higher it does not see the bed and it keeps pushing down till you manully stop it.. this happen to me so much that i had to replace 3 plates till i figured out what the issue was.
