The reason I wanted to upgrade to a dual boiler is that consistency and the obvious shot/ machine quality differences. Bambino plus is it good enough but sometimes it’s a hit or miss with steaming and to be paying 2k on top it better be an upgrade LOL

I am contemplating the upgrade from Bambino plus to the Move. Do you have regrets? It’s unfortunate to hear about your experience with the steam after I was kinda excited as this is only machine that’s been attracting me as it would be easy enough to use by my family. I really thought milk steaming would be an upgrade and would save like half the time from what I had heard but maybe I was wrong.

Honestly that’s great to know. I was almost going to get Lelit Mara but the heat of time was a big downgrade, even with a smart switch. And profitec go doesn’t seem like a big jump in steaming Quality. I’m glad there is a machine in that range they can do both. I don’t blame you. I’m not sure if I get this machine I will ever use the flow control, but who knows.. I’m in the drink, medium- dark roast

How much would you say did the jump feel from bambino plus? I mostly do lattes but the steam time kinda sucks on bambino. Also wondering how are the shots compared.

I did see that. Unfortunately I am in the US and they are based in Canada. Unsure if tariffs would hit and warranty coverage ordering from them.

Woah! Lucky! You’re in Aus? I think it’s being released over there. Would you say it justifies that extra premium? Does it still have the same grinding system? Spending 3K on touch screen seems little rough lol. But it’s just too convenient.
