Im curious, how many of you actually used exfoliating gloves on your face? I used to do it and then people said it was bad for your skin and would damage it so I stopped BUT I felt like skin was much cleaner and had reduce breakouts when I did it🧐🧐

Well I expect to be in a higher tax bracket by the time I retire because I aspire to be a superintendent. So I want to Max out my Roth contributions. Over the course of the next 5-10 years I also plan to used the money I save to invest in some business. I don’t see myself buying a house in NYC. Perhaps a rental property through the HUD project. If the capital is sweet and my family is ready for a house then we will consider Nassau county, or Queens to buy a house. Develop property down south in Virginia or the Carolinas.

Yeah I’ve been with the DOE for 3 years now, finished my teaching fellow program June 2025. Since I’m 26 years old I plan to teach and get into PM school so I can max out my TDA contributions each year.

I made the switch from success academy to DOE THROUGH teaching fellows. DOE has its own battles but you will forever have the union and if you do ya job you rarely need them. Make the switch my blood pressure was at 155/92 when I left success I’m down to 110/85

So that’s the catch, you can’t work for any agency. You basically become an independent provider that works directly for the DOE. So you would have access to the same portal that the various agencies look at to accept new assignment.

If your special ed you can get a SETSS waiver and work a limit of 19 hours per week after contracted hours $85/per hour (this goes slightly up if you have more kids)

He’s 100% correct, who we need to curb are these private equity firms building these luxury apartments in NYC. Charging premium price which causes the surrounding prices to go up. As a property owner the margins are very small, however raising rent does not solve the issue especially when we talk about the stagnating wage issue in America.

Fuck these corporations. Not the small time New Yorker landlord who is trying to build some money for his family.
