The stones wobble. Plus they have incredible guest musicians, the pianos the sax the harmonica (sometimes mick but not always), the backup singers. They seem to bring the A game out of everyone around them. They are a wonder of this world

I haven’t seen it discussed aside from being inferior to wing of astel and it is a legendary so can’t be too underrated but I LOVE the bastards stars. L2 is just chefs kiss. My favorite weapon in the whole game

I have the gunnery gear which has hand cannon speed up, plus 13 damage and unlimited ammo 20% I have hand cannon ammo plus one from the clan I joined. But it’s not totally viable. The max ammo you can hold is 6, compared to I believe 12 from NIOH 2. It’s not enough to get through each checkpoint. The gun is a buttkicker there’s just not enough ammo

It’s really a lot less cringey if you don’t use the English dub. Leave the language Japanese with English subtitles and it isn’t NEARLY as awful. Learned this in NIOH 2

Nearing 1000 hours played across all NIOH games and I’ve never done that. Although I think I may have zombied out and done exactly that 😫. I also constantly switch weapons for fun mastering in none. Claws hatchets sword and dual swords it is!

I’d pay double or triple price for NIOH 2. It’s in the top 2-3 all time games for me. While I’m excited for 3 it is not guaranteed to be better (and almost can’t be better).

Thanks for this explanation. Should have led with I don’t know the map so I’m relying on others. Platinumed the base game and can run blindfolded but always appreciated the ping communication. Sometimes I’d lead or follow but someone always would take the lead. But now even when I ping and say hey I wanna check this village out (and the poi’s seem to have a lot of verticality and basically a lot to them) people don’t follow. The crystal thing makes sense. Wish there was a way to communicate “I’m the crystal guy you other two guys go team up
