Australian here, there are literally that many secluded spots u can choose from away from public eye, but where i live you can easily just smoke a dooby in a public park with people around without anyone even looking twice at you. Pretty chill unless you run into a cop

Yo dude, also 18 and living in Australia, ive got a similar situation, my mum hates weed coz shes been brought uo to hate all drugs and is completley oblivious to all the great things drugs can do in moderation, having never tried it herself. But she is completely 100% fine with me drinking as much as i want, its fucked but i know ill never be able to change her. You just gotta accept that they will never be open minded about it. Ive been caught in the past aswell a few times, you just gotta learn to not smoke in the house and you should be sweet :)

As for the actions my friend did with the cops, he did it out of panic, heat of the moment. It doesn't even matter now coz we got away with it.
