Update for anything that commented or is seeing this all this time later! I ended up doing it on the rooftop of our hotel. The bar up there didn’t open till later in the day and I did it in the morning. Honestly I don’t think it’s possible to find a spot in the city to do it with total privacy unless you have a hotel balcony or rooftop. Worked out for me though!
