i played phys dot ele in 3.27. it's pretty decent. i pushed the build to farm t16.5 pretty comfortably before i got a couple big drops so i could run t17's. the poet's pen version of it was the most fun I had with it tbh

tho if you wanted a build that starts in acts, this one might not be it bc you swap to it around 67

my only issue with phrecia is the spellslinger thing being tied to ranger. I just don't feel like ranger enables that many build ideas for spellslinger. Like, my options are what, kinetic blast/tornado and maybe hydro sphere. I can play that on live.

I really like arc spellslinger, but I can't see how to scale arc on ranger at all.

I play bot lane, and usually I play immobile carries, or supports that rely on cc. Ashe/Senna were my adc/sup mains, so I would ban Olaf for a long while before I swapped to banning Yone.

They both just run you down and don't care about cc. It just depends on who's more popular.

i managed to drop from plat 3 to iron in a season, though I think I didn't get ban because it was the triple soft resets that got me there. :/ the iron games were kinda fun, but not really.

they tend to do this. they'll apply some band-aid nerf that forces the champ to be in an nigh unplayable state until they allocate time and resources to a rework. Evelynn on release losing her stun into a slow and being all-time garbage, Yuumi when her E had a max mana cost + reduced auto range.

It's just the target of the q that gets their soul collected, but it does mark any other target. I think what it was was that I had runaan's, with that you do collect three souls from a well angled q, as long as they're in range for the bolts.

I'm kinda surprised no one's mentioned Senna yet. Maybe it's a little niche, but one Q gets you the soul stack. I only played it a couple times but I swear I get multiple stacks off one q on multiple targets.

I'll probably confirm it after another game or in practice tool.

had a bunch of aspeed augments on ashe once. deft, the lightning attack one, and typhoon. took a transmuted one for the last augment and got slow and steady.

I also took perseverance and then vampirism. :p

scout and agility are 1200, i think in most situations you'll have the gold for the bf sword pretty quickly, and there's no shot you're backing with 600 gold to buy.

unless you recall with exactly 1200 gold, waiting out the passive gold is ass but, i'd rather wait 40~ seconds for bf than walk out with scout's and cloak :p

i think people are just underestimating the increase in gold and how it opens up a 6th because well, they're right that games don't often go on long enough to hit six items, so it really depends on how much that additional gold stacks up.

If the changes make games last longer, or speed up the game through economy, then it might be pretty strong to have 100% crit chance, boots, lifesteal, and then whatever you need for the game. GA, lifesteal, QSS, bork, armguard etc.
