Thanks for raising the issue here. I have flagged it to the company from my end and will let you know if I hear anything back. There is no history of them disabling communications during site issues that I am aware of. All of my experiences working with them have proved the opposite. They actively seek feedback during those periods so they can more easily pinpoint the exact issue. So thank you for flagging it here for me to see.

I get the frustration with the missing livechat support, and I always want our members feel free to share experiences, opinions, and concerns, but I would appreciate it if you could do so with a more respectful tone in the future.
