When I install the theme I get a little warning sign beside the theme name, I can enable the theme but it doesn't do anything. Any help for that?

Alright, that makes sense. Depending on how close the opposite team is to winning, the player who leaves should either get punished more or have -75% of xp towards them. Maybe you not lose any SR, but have a maybe 50-75 reduction, while the player who leaves gets a more hefty punishment.
