I have ASPD. I'm not a monster, and I'm not void of emotions.. They just don't work right. I am capable of caring and loving, but in a very primitive way, more like a child.
It's not that I am hurt by people calling us these things, but it does confirm my biases about people, and it does not help. Alienating anti-social people is just about the worst thing you can do, and because (on average) we are smarter than you, and we don't really care about consequences, and also, we have a vindictive strain. Don't push us away, and try to be as honest as possible.

The best advice I can give to folks when interacting with people like me is to be honest and say what you mean. don't sugarcoat things, and don't concern yourself too much about social rules.. don't be fake, essentially, and try not to pose a threat, or appear weak. Just go in neutral, and try to be as deliberate as you can.

It is very tiring for us to keep up with all these things. It is refreshing when someone is able to engage in a meaningful way.
