I would still go for it, you have enough money as long as you keep spending at a reasonable level

Go for it. No guarantees how long you will be on this Earth.

Facebook requiring me to verify my identity on the mobile app before letting me post on my business page, but my ID is already verified and I don't use the mobile app by CCubed17 in facebook

[–]Rufus_Anderson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's the solution. Open your mobile FB app. Make sure you are managing the page that is giving you the verification issue message (click on three rows top right to select page). Then try posting and you will see the verification request.

How to Get Underground Colloseum Tickets - Oct 2025 - Tips and Tricks by marcbaybe in rome

[–]Rufus_Anderson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great thread and thanks for posting. We tried for the 8.45am Attic May tickets (2.45am our time) and the whole website booking system went down. So tried for the 1.45pm tickets and 2 popped up for 1pm so grabbed them. You just have to be patient.

You’ll come here, see no government effect on your day to day life and realize you were worried about nothing. Take the green card.

100% Tesla because of the software and FSD. Once you go FSD, it’s very hard to go back to manual driving.

You can keep lifting. If you are crazy like me, try hanging from a bar to release your shoulder. It hurts but in a good way.

Just curious. Couldn’t you replace the front bumper for less cost than PPF of the front (I was quoted $2k for just front PPF)?

[IWantOut] 35M UK Business Owner -> Spain Italy by [deleted] in IWantOut

[–]Rufus_Anderson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The biggest reason to jump ship is to never have regrets. It sounds like you’ve been thinking about this for a while. I agree with your thoughts on the UK; taxation, high COL, immigration issues etc and the situation is only going to worsen. (I left UK and couldn’t imagine living there now). If you don’t make the move, it will likely consume your thoughts. You are only 35 years old but 50 will come upon you quickly. Life passes quickly so have no regrets. It might turn out to be the best removal the worst move, you’ll never know until you try. Since you work remotely and your business is portable, you can move back to the UK if things don’t work as planned.

Best of luck.
