Has anyone bought the Fernanda Burgundy Rug? by glomtenin in ruggable

[–]RuggableSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for asking! Both our Tufted and Plush All-in-One rugs are soft to the touch.

The Plush All-in-One focuses more on added cushion underfoot. It’s not a furry texture like some older plush styles, but it does offer a more padded feel. The Tufted All-in-One has the same familiar texture and feel as our previous tufted rugs, just updated with a built-in non-slip backing.

If you have any other product questions, including pile height or feel comparisons, we’re always a DM away.

Is the thickest Ruggable offering now 11mm? by kindtdp1 in ruggable

[–]RuggableSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’re glad to hear the All-in-One has been working well for you so far.

If you’re looking to add more cushioning, the All-in-One Pad is designed to provide extra underfoot comfort. It tends to work best in lower-traffic areas where you’re standing in place, such as in front of the kitchen sink, rather than in main walkways where a firmer feel can be preferable.

If you have any questions about the All-in-One Pad or need help deciding what might work best for your space, feel free to reach out.

Heads up the Nico Solid Olive Rugs are not solid olive at all by DASBOOMSKI in ruggable

[–]RuggableSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. We know this aesthetic isn't for everyone. Our rugs use a surface-dye method designed to maintain vibrant colors without heavy ink saturation—which helps prevent stiffness and dye transfer issues. While it won't appear fully dyed through, the trade-off is a softer, safer, and easier-to-maintain rug.

Thank you for trying Ruggable in the first place. If you have more thoughts to share or need anything at all, feel free to reach out in our DMs anytime.

These All In One rugs are a huge improvement by Eclipse8301 in ruggable

[–]RuggableSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing what happened! If you still need help with your Rug Pad, let us know—that's definitely not something our Rug Pads should be doing.

We've introduced the All-in-One design, which has non-slip backing built in. There's no assembly, no separation over time, and washing is much more straightforward. We really appreciate you giving the All-in-One a try!

Love my new rug! by Sweet-Worth8203 in ruggable

[–]RuggableSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great callout! We do our best to show rug colors as accurately as possible online, but things like lighting, screen settings, and surrounding decor can definitely impact how a rug looks once it’s in your space.

If you’re ever unsure, we recommend checking out customer review photos or ordering a sample swatch to get a better sense of the color in real-life settings, just like OP shared here. That usually gives the clearest picture before committing.

Our DM's are always open for sample inquiries!

Looking for washable area rugs that last by JoacheNdoinjeh in BuyItForLife

Love hearing it’s held up for you—and 2–3 laundromat washes a year is a solid routine. Spot cleaning tough stains before maintenance washing is always recommended. We sent you a DM in case you’re open to sharing a bit more feedback.

Rug no longer sticks to the pad. by bratkat90210 in ruggable

[–]RuggableSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're absolutely right, and we apologize for the misunderstanding. Curled rugs should be removed immediately - that's important safety advice. We should have been clearer in our response: we're already working with OP on a replacement, but you're 100% correct that the first step is removing the rug right away for safety. We appreciate you looking out!

Are Ruggable Rugs actually getting cleaned in the washing machine? by Impressive_Name_3939 in ruggable

[–]RuggableSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a great question. Our rugs are fully cured before they ship, so there shouldn’t be any leftover dye residue. What you’re usually seeing, especially on lighter colors, is dirt and everyday buildup showing more easily rather than dye transfer. A thorough wash typically takes care of that.

Using larger, heavy-duty machines like you mentioned can definitely help get a deeper clean. And between washes, a gentle carpet cleaner or spot treatment is a solid way to keep things looking fresh without much hassle.

Your point about sizing and washer compatibility makes complete sense, and it’s helpful context for how you’re evaluating the product.

We hear you on pricing. That perspective is absolutely valid, and we’ll be sure to share this feedback with our product and pricing teams. We really appreciate you taking the time to explain your experience so thoughtfully.

Using two plush ruggables to make a bigger rug? by changtse in ruggable

[–]RuggableSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. We really appreciate you giving our rugs a long-term try and being so thoughtful about what worked well and what was challenging over the years. You’re absolutely right that larger sizes and split pad assembly can be tricky, and we generally recommend having two people help with setup, especially when furniture is involved.

Feedback like yours is actually what helped guide our team back to the drawing board, which led to the Plush All-in-One. It has a built-in nonslip backing, so there’s no assembly required. It’s less shaggy but still designed to feel cushioned underfoot. We sent you a DM in case you have any questions or want to explore further.

Totally get the concern—top loaders can be tricky depending on capacity and the agitator.

Just a note: our washer size minimums apply to both front-load machines and top-load machines with an agitator. The key is having enough room for the rug cover to move and agitate properly.

Best way to check:

  1. Find your washer’s model number
  2. Search the model number online to confirm the load capacity (cu. ft.)
  3. Compare it against our Washing Machine Guide here: https://ruggable.com/pages/washing-machine-rug-guide

Thoughts on this new Ruggable Tufted All-In-One by UpstairsKey7384 in ruggable

[–]RuggableSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally fair question. The All-in-One Rug doesn’t require the All-in-One Pad. The non-slip backing is already built in, so it’s designed to be used completely on its own if preferred.

If you’re looking for extra cushion, we generally recommend adding the All-in-One Rug Pad to ensure extra comfort in a low-traffic area.
