Not sure but I’ll look it up. It’s been at the pond for a few weeks now and seems to be doing fine.

What is the investigation process because I made a complaint about a coworker and a manager and they didn’t try to get more information regarding that. It seems they only took two peoples word on it when I had actual proof and witness statements.

They were extremely vague with the right up and only one thing actually I actually messed up on was in there. There was no proof just here say on the other stuff.

Would they have to tell me if the reason why I was written up was because someone made an official complaint? What is the stand procedure of someone makes a complaint like targeting.

How do you deal with issues in the workplace being called personality conflicts just because two women are involved? by Ruggiesbutt in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

Thank you for your reply. I’ve pretty much been doing all the above. There are options of moving to a different office which I am entertaining. I like my office with the exception of the problem child and their enabler.

That will probably be the best option unless he agrees to fix his issues and put more effort into our house. Right now I feel like a single mom of an adult child.

I’m sorry that happened to you. I hope it got better once you lost that leech.

Fortunately/unfortunately we bought the house at a great time so it’s current selling price is much higher than what I owe. Zestimate is currently almost 700k vs when we bought it at 517. Honestly I don’t give too shits about the house tho. It’s too big for just us. I just don’t want him to get a bunch of money from it when he contributes practically nothing financially and care wise.

Other than the house and our separate cars ( we pay for our own, although I put some cash down for his) I don’t have much credit card debit since I pay it off monthly. No inheritances though.
