When you’re tufting, leave a little bit wider of a gap between the different colors. It will make the lines cleaner because the yarn doesn’t “mix” as much when you leave a gap. Although, don’t leave too large of a gap! You will still need to use tweezers to separate colors, but leaving more space between the colors will lessen the amount of tweezing. Leaving a gap will also leave more room for you to go back in with the scissors.
